LIVE EXPERIENCES · TEAM LEADERSHIP
A big-league moment. A team ready for it.
When the All-Star Game moved to Denver, a national moment arrived with a compressed timeline. My job was to bring the people, priorities, and preparation together.

The work behind
the experience.
When the 2021 MLB All-Star Game moved to Denver, preparation had to move quickly. I built and led a 64-person task force to support T-Mobile’s operations across the event footprint.
With a compressed timeline, clarity mattered. I aligned staffing, field communications, and activation readiness so teams understood their responsibilities and how their work connected to the experience at each touchpoint.
The leadership challenge was turning urgency into a plan people could execute. My focus stayed on getting the team ready, coordinating the details, and helping people show up prepared for a national event.
